They've been great so far! I have taken our cars there three times; twice I have scheduled routine maintenance and once for an emergency. The online scheduling has been extremely easy and they are always ready for me. The site has an excellent area for doing remote work on my computer while I wait. Each time, Willie has shown me why they need to service the cars in the way that they have. The time is reasonable and the cost is properly valued. Even though they typically prefer work to be scheduled, they slipped me in right away for my emergency in the middle of the day and it was ready for me to pick up by the end of the day. I love the printed invoice with complete explanations of what was done and even provide recommendations for future work that is on the normal maintenance schedule for our make and model. I know that they've got good records on our cars, so I'm confident I will continue to get our cars serviced here.

Took my car to Honest-1 for a brake job, everyone there was polite and professional. Easily the cleanest auto shop I've ever been in, and prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be bringing my cars here for service in the future.

I had an enjoyable experience they were very knowledgeable and very observant to detail and very hands on when it comes to showing the customer what needs to be done .

Valves started making noise shortly after they changed my oil. Took the vehicle to a mechanic who advised the wrong oil filter was used(too small). They used the oil filter for a 4.6 liter engine and mine is a 5.4. He changed the oil and used the correct filter and noise went away. When I called to advise them of their mistake the manager simply stated they used the correct oil filter and would not own up to their mistake. I will not be taking any of my vehicles to this establishment in the future.. That may be true but that was not the filter your employee used. I wish I had the oil filter you placed on the vehicle but it was discarded. If I thought the cause was the oil filter not being the correct size obviously I would have brought it back in to you guys.

Great people, excellent service! I’ve searched for a reliable mechanic for a while, trying to avoid the dealership and high fees. This is my new go to!
