Quick, excellent service!

I am new to the area and on the recommendation of AAA, I had them drop off my VW Bug at Honest 1 and I am glad I did. George and Willie are both friendly professionals who provided great customer service and kept me constantly up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. The problem was quickly identified and economically repaired. I can see why they are one of AAA's recommended auto repair shops in the area.

Willie was very helpful and prompt on getting our handicapped accessible van in the shop and completed in a timely manner. They addressed the problem of our vehicle and found other optional work that we did have done since we rely on this van so much for our special needs daughter. Very happy with the results and the warranty!

The name says it all. The guy's here truely take what you say into consideration and are fairly price. The staff talked to me about every issue and concern I had and were very knowledgeable. I really hate going to mechanics but they have a customer for life now.

Left my 1997 BMW Z3 with them for total fluids exchange. They copleted the job in 1/2 day with a fair price. Willie provided the total Customer Service experience.

Let me start it off by saying the service is beyond exceptional. The experience of going to a mechanic is not exactly one people are happy about, but the whole deal was very painless. They Provided transportation to and from, a play area for the kids, coffee, etc. I feel like I paid a little more than I would have going to another place, but if nothing else, I got it back in service and my car is working as it should.

I was very happy to have an easy fix to what LOOKED like a difficult replace. In this case a turn signal light on the driver's side for a 1999 Toyota Camry CE. Willie Vazquez came out and took care of the situation 1 2 3! I had the replacement bulb and he popped it in and I'm off to the races. You can't get better than that. This is customer service at it's best. Thank you, Willie.
