Everyone at Honest1 was incredibly nice! They got me in very quickly. They were very straightforward and honest about what I needed done and what I didn’t and which one to get done first. Waiting there was great! Best lobby I’ve been in at an auto repair shop. Snacks, tv on animal planet, a cool fish tank, a video game and a massage chair! I had waited until I didn’t have my daughter with me to get my service done but now I know next time she would have fun waiting there too. I will definitely be returning for all my oil changes and services in the future!

Went to pick up my wife car that was getting serviced there. Asked if they could fix a headlight on my vehicle, they got a guy right on it! Fast, good price. These guys have always been true pros! Great service, Great people!

My first visit- great service. Willie was super friendly and efficient. The facility is immaculately clean and very well run. They did not try to upsell me or even suggest other repairs. I needed new bearings and alignment. Finished repairs on time and so far huge difference on my cars performance.

My first time at this Shop and it was an outstanding experience. Willie, the Manager, he is just so nice, and welcoming, he treats you like family and he wants to help you. Then mechanics looking after my car, were very polite and well manner and fast. George, the owner nice and friendly too. Nice shop, friendly staff, good customer service and fast service. After experiencing disappointing service at other shops, I decided to have my car towed to A1. From the moment I got there, they handled my repairs with efficiency and professionalism. The team quickly figured out the issues and provided a thorough explanation of what was needed to get my car back on the road. They kept me updated which i truly appreciated!!! Highly recommend!

Great place, I've taken my problems here before and they can find the problem. Usually it will be something small and easy to fix.
