I called needing an emergency oil change due to an unexpected travel out of state. These guys got me in and out in an hour! They were SO kind and helpful. They even provided a rose for me at pickup- sharing their condolences for my unexpected loss. I couldn't have asked for better service. These guys are awesome EACH and EVERY visit!!!

Great service experience. Clean, professional and straightforward. Fair pricing and very customer service oriented. Not giving them a 5-star rating because they said our car would be ready for pick-up at 5:00 pm but it was not and my wife was asked to wait. Also, after picking up the car, we noticed an unusual noise that was not there before. We immediately returned to Honest-1 and they found that there was something that had inadvertently gotten bent during the repair. They fixed it in a few minutes and at no charge (of course).
