I saw Willie on Bay News 9. Thus the reason I came in. I was very pleased with Willie's professionalism and the creature comforts in the lounge. The price is more acceptable than previous service center. And I learned I did not have to change my oil every 4000 miles. Which is a major consideration. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my time at this place. They made me and my little Pomeranian feel like royalty. They were all very professional and concerned about me while l was waiting for my car. The best part was when one of the staff walked me to my car and I found a yummy bag of pretzels on top of my wheel. 😁 I will recommend this awesome place to all my friends. This place is wonderful. Not only was the facility clean and well taken care of (obvious as soon as you stepped through the door), but the staff and manager, Willie, were so pleasant. I was over an hour early for my appointment and they were still very accommodating and quick. I was ushered to the lounge where I was offered complimentary snacks and beverages while I waited. I had some recent transmission work done elsewhere and they had noticed some repair work that was "ok" but less than stellar so they wanted me aware in case of any future issues. Willie walked me out to show me the notes from the technician. Less than 30-40 minutes from start to finish which is better than I can say for just about any oil change experience I've had elsewhere. Will absolutely return. Above all, they went above and beyond offering me a rose upon departure and I arrived to a snack and business card sitting on my steering wheel. Superb business! Would highly recommend!!!!

Willie was very friendly and helpful! Initially, I thought I would need to replace an entire battery cable; however, Willie inspected it and saved me a lot of money! Other mechanics were going to charge me $400 for the same service, but Honest-1 significantly cut that price down by half. Along with their complimentary amenities and thoroughly clean office, I will definitely come back for future car repairs and recommend everyone to go here.
