The staff were really great! They were so helpful, professional and had my car finished in a very reasonable amount of time and fair price.

Service is excellent. Everyone is kind and gracious. There are snacks and water all the time. Their customer service is the best I have seen. They will take you home and pick you up. Everything is done well.

Broke down at 5:00am, able to make it to Honest 1 where left car and keys in key drop. Called me 45 minutes after opening with complete analysis. Gave him okay and within 2 hours car was ready to pick-up. Fast , friendly and received a gift after paying the bill.

It is an amazing atmosphere. Great staff, great service, they are honest, have high quality standards. They also take time to have special seminars for educating women on their car. I attended their first one on tires. This past week they had another one for when you bring your car in for an oil change, they are thorough and caring. They go the extra mile.
