Great service experience. Clean, professional and straightforward. Fair pricing and very customer service oriented. Not giving them a 5-star rating because they said our car would be ready for pick-up at 5:00 pm but it was not and my wife was asked to wait. Also, after picking up the car, we noticed an unusual noise that was not there before. We immediately returned to Honest-1 and they found that there was something that had inadvertently gotten bent during the repair. They fixed it in a few minutes and at no charge (of course).

A grand experience from my first call to make an appointment, to the courtesies extended by the manager William, also known as Willie, to the convenience of the free shuttle to an introduction to the owner, George.
