Took a chance on walking in for an oil change and they were able to do it within an hour with no up selling! Excellent customer service by even walking me out to my car and received some "fuel for the road"! Got a call the very next day to follow up on their service. Wish more service companies did the same! Thank you.

This was my first time going to Honest -1 Auto Care and it was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanics. They don't try and upsell you on things you don't need they just fix what you ask them to and let you know of things that should be looked into. Absolutely amazing and extremely friendly and courteous. 5 stars all across the board! I will definitely be returning!

WOW! Honest1 in Carrolwood is a great auto care shop. Repair of my 2 blown tires was prompt and reasonably priced. They worked with my road hazard insurance company and did all they could to get the coverage quickly and effectively. I am so glad to have a good repair shop to take my cars to - George and Willy were knowledgable and professional. Shop is high tech and so clean. Awesome job Honest1!!
