Went here for first time today. Very friendly staff, honest and up front. No aggressive up selling. They have a lounge area and a kids area with free wifi. In the waiting room there's a security monitor that shows what's being worked on your car. Very transparent company. I'd recommend them. They are laid back and you don't feel like they're going to use scare tactics to up sell you.

This was my first visit at H1, very impressed , friendly knowledgeable staff , will come back, after dealing with rude manager at Tires plus this was nice change, they even left bag of pretzels on steering wheel as fuel for the road, nice touch
