This was my first visit at H1, very impressed , friendly knowledgeable staff , will come back, after dealing with rude manager at Tires plus this was nice change, they even left bag of pretzels on steering wheel as fuel for the road, nice touch

I don't like having to go the the mechanic, however, it is too hot not to have A/C. I thought I would try Honest-1 Auto Care in Carrolwood and I'm glad I did. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. They were transparent with the cost, (no hidden fees) and went out of their way to take care of our needs (we chose to wait while the car was repaired). George, Willie and Chelsea made us feel right at home. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Willie walked us out to the car and opened the door for me...first class service!! We will be back!
