Wow. When searching for a new garage to service our vehicles, there are always three things we look for: honesty, a fair price, and quality workmanship. Honest-1 hands down met all of these criteria. But then... they took it to a whole other level of customer service. I can best describe this as a "boutique" experience. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to talk us through each step. Not only was the customer area bright, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with free snacks and drinks... it felt very homey and inviting. Our kids were offered their own area, with ipads to play with, were allowed to pick a prize from a prize box, and were educated in the process of our car repair - by people who took interest in them and spoke to them with kindness. My three boys literally talked about this visit for days! We found our visit filled with little touches that could only come from an owner who truly wants each customer to have a wonderful experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Honest-1 (and plan to - to all of my friends and neighbors!).

Exceptional customer service as technician came to my home to jump start my dead battery and an hour later the new battery was installed at the shop.

I am a first time visitor and I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. Willie and his team at the carrollwood location were friendly, fast, and provided excellent communication. The atmosphere in the shop is so comfortable I felt right at home.
