Great experience. Easy in and out

Dropped by to get AC checked. The place looks and feels awesome and high end. It is apparent that this place has a great reputation with the community. Bad news for me on the car but as good an experience at an auto shop as I have ever had. Would have been fiv stars, but I felt it was a bit slow. Would recommend for sure

Very fast and efficient service!

I got my oil changed. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The waiting lounge was stocked with coffee, snacks and water and a tv. There was a separate area for computing and desks for kids. They didn't try to pressure me into any other service and no dire warnings of impending breakdowns(like other places I've been to). When I got into my car there was a little gift on my console and a card signed by the mechanic. It even had a pretty bow!

Honest-1 Auto found a way to fit in a same day appointment, and ran a thorough check for my 120,000 mile check-up in addition to the requested oil change. As always, the staff was polite and helpful and the waiting room conducive to getting some good work done while I waited. I appreciate the comfort of the chairs, the desk space offered, and the free coffee and snacks.
