Everyone was very nice and helpful, not to mention funny. Service was fair and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is usually pretty hard to say at most auto parts/service places.

Everyone was super nice, communicative, and clear about the work being done on my vehicle. Will recommend.

First time experience will return again .they are true to there word. Would have been ripped off,of not. For them.

We have no attorney and our Doctor is a doctor of literature (English professor) but we located a lost relative...HONEST-1...seriously first class and I trust them, the shop is awesome, and the service manager Willie treated me like family from the moment I walked in!! I almost want to find something to take my car in for so I can relax for an hour in the comfort of the "shop". George Maajoun you and your family have really complimented Carrollwood's business's. I am extremely happy with the service I received on Feb 20th. I came to Honest-1 to get the brakes serviced on my 2007 Mazda and honest service is exactly what I got. Willie was great, very informative, and did not try to sell me a bunch of other services that my car doesn't need unlike some of the other local auto shops I have been to. I will definitely use Honest-1 again.

Totally honest and very helpful. I had a bad experience with another mechanic and switched to honest-1. They answered all of my questions and then some, and got me in and out quickly. Will be my #1 choice from now on. Two thumbs up.

I'm so glad we found this place! Could not be more pleased with the service and staff. Very impressed with the fact that the owner, George actually sits out in the open putting ribbons and cards and the complimentary bags of pretzels. George is always so very helpful and both have a great sense of humor. I feel confident that they have been nothing but honest with anything that has been done to our 3 vehicles. I highly recommend Honest 1.
