I took my car in because an indicator light had come on indicating my brakes needed to be changed. I took it in and was told my brakes still look good. They could have easily replaced them and I would have never known anything different. I definitely am very pleased. Willie was wonderful answering my questions & concerns.

3* only because their search for recall notices on my vehicle was not complete. The ABS recall had been addressed on a prior dealer visit a while back.

Antonio Carcamo, We Do Not Have the Capability to control the Manufacturer updates on Recalls. This Review is Not Fair to leave for that Reason. We actually, went above and beyond to try our best and get the info we did as other Shops would have never done this. Please Change Review knowing this.... Thanks for being a Valued Customer.

My tire had a slow leak. Contacted Honest-1 and spoke with Willie the GM. Willie was professional, polite and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Completed the repair quickly. Very pleased with the service, pricing I received.

My experience with the team at Honest-1 Auto Care far surpasses any experience I’ve had when servicing a car. Beyond the work performed, the owners are kind and go the extra mile to make your life easier. They displayed incredible kindness and compassion toward my special needs uncle. The car belongs to him and it’s difficult for him to manage without it for even short periods of time. They honored commitments to making the process as easy for us as possible. I can’t imagine having anyone (even the dealer) work on our cars! Thank you Honest-1 A! You truly live up to your name!
