For an auto care business, honest-1 gives a high end resort style approach to their service. They are very warm and approachable and make you feel very important the moment you walk through the door. The lobby is setup extremely well with a kids play area, there is a sofa area with a flat screen tv to watch while waiting with complimentary drinks. I got to experience their service professionalism with a customer who was being attended to before me, and they live up to their name of honest-1, the customer had a coupon for a free diag, and the customer was fully explained all his error codes, and was not forced into any work he didn't want or need performed to his vehicle. Honest-1 has made me a customer for life for all my vehicle services after my experience today. Honest-1 you are doing auto care correctly, job well done.

Excellent service and competive pricing. Took me right in at the appointment time and had all four tires on and out the door in a very reasonable time. Rims were dirty when I came in but spotless when returned.
