Thank You for your feedback. The Oil Change does take 45 min to 1 hour, this is because our ASE Certified Technicians are preforming a Free Comprehensive Vehicle inspection on your vehicle. We also offer a our Free Courtesy Shuttle, So in the future if you don't want to wait at the shop for your service to be finished we would be more then happy to drive you back home or to work.
