The service at the North Dale Mabry Tampa location is awful. I made an appointment about a week out to get my air conditioning looked at for their first appointment of the day. I was told this was 8am on Saturdays. Upon arrival, I was informed that it was drop off only service and I couldn't stay/wait because there are only 2 techs on staff and the wait would be 4-5 hours. The manat the front desk was very rude about it. HonestOne service is NOT the same everywhere. Since purchasing my car 5 years ago, it's only ever gone to HonestOne South Daytona Beach and the dealership. I thought another location would offer similar care. I was wrong. EDIT 5/17/23: There is no need to lie about my interactions with your shop or staff. I am happy to post the receipts from my mobile carrier that show ALL of my calls with this location were outbound and I received no call from your staff. You cannot be loud AND wrong, especially when someone else literally has the receipts. I called to confirm I had no issue waiting for my vehicle. The issue is that I indicated that I would be waiting WITH my vehicle when I made the appointment and upon my arrival, I was rudely informed that this was not acceptable. There was an opportunity to serve me and you failed twice.
NT, Thanks for your feed back. I believe there is a misunderstanding. An employee had called you prior to your visit after you made your online appointment to confirm that all vehicles on Saturdays must be dropped off. Meaning we will need the vehicle for a few hours to diagnose. Then when you came in he again mentioned the time to diagnose. This time, you had an issue with it. I am not sure why ? When he had went above and beyond to inform you on a phone call previous to the visit. He did this to ensure there will be no miscommunication issue. I Would love to Serve you but we always try to under promise and over deliver. Thanks again and we appreciate your potential business.
