Great service, but what stands out the most is that you are dealing with a company that's clearly run with integrity, honor and Christian principles, the owner clearly has every intention of making sure that you get the very best service and will go to great lengths to achieve this. Great place to go and take your car and know that whatever you are quoted for is a real issue and not just a scam to take your money. Carroll wood needs this type of high quality business.

I thought I would try Honest1 since it is so close to my house. I have not found an auto care service that I'm happy with. I walked in for an oil change, with a coupon for $17.99. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour, and it was! Everyone at Honest1 was exceptionally nice. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with drinks and snacks, tv and magazines. I was walked to my car when it was finished, and there was a note and a treat from the mechanic who worked on my car! Nobody tried to get me to buy any service or product I didn't need. It was suggested that I get some of the maintenance that is due, but I was also told which maintenance procedures I didn't need, since everything was checked. What a refreshing experience. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Honest1. Thank you to Mike, my service advisor, and Ricardo, my mechanic
