Everything was wonderful. My car needed a quick look over and an adjustment to the throttle. It took less than and hour, inexpensive and everyone was very kind And very informed. The set up of the shop is very customer friendly. Foods, drinks, WiFi, childrens area, all absolutely free. Cameras so the customer can see into the mech area. It was wonderful. I would recommend them to every one I could.

Honest-1 service is superb. Gabby is amazing, she was able to book me an appointment the same hour I called. The place is clean, the employees very friendly. Gabby and another employee checked up on me in the waiting room twice to see if I needed anything for my comfort. I am most pleased that Gabby took me to see my car's problem, a nail in the tire, after it was discovered. I cannot recall many other auto repair shops doing that same for their customers. That itself gave me a piece of mind knowing Honest-1 will not spring upon me damages they suddenly discovered and needs immediate repair. I will definitely return for any future auto needs.

This was my 1st visit and I was very impressed overall. The place was very clean and presentable. All employees I encountered were very courteous. My service advisor, Gabby, kept me well informed of the status as well as recommendations for my car maintenance. I didn't, at any time, feel pressured into any service I wasn't comfortable with. A great auto repair facility with attentive service, clear detailed info on repairs needed and a wonderful environment to wait in while your car is being taken care of.

The entire team and staff were extremely friendly and diagnosed a problem in my Mercedes S430 in a matter of a couple of hours; something my regular car mechanic could not diagnose because he wasn't getting the proper error scan codes... The repair was done on the same day and the cost was way less than what I was originally expecting. They have earned my trust! Thank you guys!
