This place is clean fast and has great service. The employees are great and I only waited 15 minutes for an oil change. I will definitely be back here again to get any auto care.

I brought my vehicle to Honest-1 for an oil change. George and his staff were very customer service oriented and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The facility is immaculate! In fact, I have never seen any repair shop this clean in my life. They have lots of amenities like iPad stations, work stations, power and USB hook ups, children's play area, large flat screen TV, leather furniture, complimentary snacks and beverages, etc. Very nice touch! In addition to the oil change, I was also thinking about having my tires rotated since they were about due. Without mentioning it to them, Honest-1 offered to rotate my tires at no additional cost. Nice value add and good anticipation of my needs. I highly recommend them to anybody who wants things done the right way with a 3-year / 36k mile guarantee. Most repair facilities offer only a 6-month guarantee or possibly a year. In my opinion Honest-1 has created a whole new standard in the way automotive repairs are done.

I normally don't take the time to right reviews but I feel compelled to write one for this shop. They really go above and beyond with the customer service. They will drop you off if you need a ride home, they have snacks and drinks readily available, the employees that work there are courteous, they gave my children a small toy and they even have a kids area with iPads. I am very happy that they are in my neighborhood. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs help with their vehicles. I am so happy to see that they value their customers.
