I would give 0 stars but its not an option. Advertised price of under 20 for an oil change is really over 70. I was told oil change would take 1 hour and it took 2.

At Honest-1 Auto Care we strive to provide excellent service for every customer, we do apologize that your experience was not a good one. It was $17.99 for up to 5 quarts of Semi-Synthetic Oil as the coupon states . Your Truck calls for 0W-20 Full Synthetic oil. The coupon we offer for the Full Synthetic Oil Change is $25 off of $69.99 for up to 5 quarts as the coupon states, your vehicle calls for 7.9 quarts. At Honest-1 our Oil Change comes with a Free Comprehensive Vehicle Inspection and a Free Tire Rotation. Also as noted on the invoice you were here from 11:12AM to 12:43PM. It did take a hour and a half and we apologize for not communicating that with you. We never want to lie or mislead our customer. They are most definitely not honest! My car was working fine, came in for an oil change and as soon as I left my car started smoking and now it has all kinds of issues! It's been smoking for a while now at first I thought it was just a little bit of spilled oil. I will be taking it to get repaired elsewhere! They are scammers and take advantage of people, especially the elderly!

I have been hesitant about taking my car in for work. As a female not having much knowledge of cars there is a fear of being ripped off. I feel comfortable bringing my car here and know only the necessary work will be done and no add ons. The location is also very convenient. I will be back for future maintenance. The staff was very helpful and a joy to work with.

I can truly say if you need quality the professionalism here is unbeatable , they obviously stay afloat this way.I could only get an oil change but they must believe in giving because I got an overall assessment. If your car is important to you they will treat you with love so your car gets loved.

My AC wasn't working in my car so I stopped in to see what was wrong. They replaced the compressor because it wasn't working. A few days later my AC wasn't working again so I stopped back in. The compressor they installed wasn't working so they replaced it again. I understand they don't make the parts and they just service vehicles. They did the repair promptly and George is a goof ball. Willie is very knowledge in explaining everything and Gabby was very polite.
