They let me explain in my words what i thought was wrong with my car. And they actually listened without trying to rush me or talk "over me". I was very happy with their thought process. They never assumed anything.They properly diagnosed my car, called me, & gave me my "realistic options". After i gave them the OK to fix the car. It was done correctly with a very welcomed 36 month/labor warranty on the work. I will be going back when needed.
