What a find in Carrollwood! I found a screw in my front tire at 9:00PM Drove my car to H1, filled out the overnight form, left my car and had it back by 8:00AM the next day. Courteous, reasonable and very helpful. Give them your business. You won't be disappointed.

After the Toyota dealership service dept. tried to push a $200+ flush and coolant replacement for my Prius's A/C, I decided to wait and have Honest-1 Auto Care take a look. To my surprise George Maajoun, the owner, ran a diagnostic and shared that my car was good for another 5,000 miles and didn't require that service right now. Can't get more honest than that, and I will be returning here for all future service needs. The Carrollwood location on Dale Mabry is very convenient, the waiting area for customers is immaculate (complimentary coffee and fruit!), and George and his staff and mechanics were transparent in sharing all info and exceedingly friendly to boot.

First time here. They are fairly new to the location and are clearly in that "Trying to make an impression" phase - or maybe that's the norm :) I'll definitely go back as they seem to have put a great deal of effort into upgrading the location from what it was previously. Owner was on premises which is always a plus.
