Excellent workmanship

I took my car to Honest-1 after reading the many 5-star reviews. I have taken my car to the dealership for service and repairs for many years and was tired of the suggestion that I trade in my car for a new one! I asked Honest-1 for an oil change and to check my brakes which had started to squeak. After checking the brakes, I was called with the cost to replace the front brake pads only. I appreciate that I didn't have to also replace the rear brake pads. I would not have known if that was needed but Honest-1 proved that they are honest. I will continue to bring my car to Honest-1 in the future.

George and Willie are Awesome!! Within 10 minutes of listening to my car, they identified the issue! I will Never take care vehicle any place else and I strongly encourage my Friends to only use Honest-1 Auto Care!! They gave me an honest estimate with pricing completely on par with retail part rates. The work was completed earlier then estimated. Work needed matched with previous list given as a courtesy from body shop. I believe they do HONEST work that is rare to find.

This was the first time I went to Honest-1, and I will not take my car anywhere else. George was very knowledgeable and professional, and Willie is the nicest person. They sent me pictures of what needed to be fixed, and they were honest about what didn't. They didn't try to rip me off, or take advantage of my very limited knowledge of cars. When I picked up my car there was this little bag of goldfish crackers with their business card attached in my car. I would highly recommend Honest-1, they are a delight to work with.

I recently visited Honest-1 in Carrollwood for the first time and my experience was awesome. George was my advisor and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything that was to be done and answered any questions that I had. The price was very fair and work was completed earlier than expected.
