Still the only place in the greater Tampa area to get your vehicle serviced; unless you want to overpay or otherwise get ripped off by most other auto repair shops. They do what you ask, recommend fairly if you don’t know, and tell you often what you don’t need to have done. Other shops would simply let you pay for unneeded work, not Honest 1. Amazing! Made an appt to have brake flush, coolant flush and tires rotated. Dealership kept pressuring us to do. Honest 1's prices were way more reasonable! On top of that, when brought car in we were told we did not need any of the services the dealership said and did not charge us to look at the car. Thank you for your honesty!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE! Honest-1 did work for myself a few years ago and were absolutely amazing in fixing my vehicle after water got into the engine. Fast forward to present day and my company had a patrol car acting up. We took the car to dodge who charged $400+ on a battery and held the car for 5 day and had horrible communication, only to find that the same day I had it picked up, it was not working after leaving the dealer. I decided to call a shop I could trust even though they were a long way from us. An expensive but worth it tow and one and a half days later, the issue was found and fixed (an electrical one) and the car was on it way back to us. They managed to fix the car on the same info given to dodge dealership in a shorter time and with good communication. I cannot vouch for any other locations but I can vouch for this one.

Requested a Saturday appointment on Friday afternoon. I dropped off at 8:30 and vehicle was ready by noon as requested. AWESOME service.

George was able to get my tire with a nail in it in less that 40 minutes. Patched, remounted and balanced. Always great service here.

George the service manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very fair with the prices, explained all the work, did it timely. Fixed all issues The actual customer service could not have been any better. They picked me up from the bar and had my repairs done within 2 hours without an appointment and we’re super cool. They charged me just a few bucks over online distribution prices They worked on my brand new C8 corvette and a 2019 Ford Lariat. Both vehicles I would not just let anyone work on. They have earned all my business moving forward.

Willy and his crew are the best. They fixed the brakes on my Jeep and got me back on the road, and put in the extra effort to stay in my budget. I highly recommend these guys.
