I’m 55 years old and this was, by far, one of the best automotive repair experiences in my life. From any company. Willie was so helpful over the phone he brought me in with his kindness and service. In person at the counter he proved to be just as nice and helpful. The waiting area was clean and incredibly accommodating for customers. The mechanic, George, finished quickly with the repairs needed. He left a small token of goldfish crackers as a thank you to me as a customer with his card on my steering wheel. I personally thought this was the nicest gesture I’ve experienced at an automotive repair shop ever. I greatly appreciated knowing who my mechanic was and his kind gesture let me know he appreciated me using Honest-1 Auto Care. I left their shop with a smile and my car purring like a kitten. I have had my car serviced at this location many times and the employees are always attentive, helpful, honest, and fair. Today I took my car by after accidentally breaking the dipstick off in the oil well and not being able to retrieve it. Willy went out of his way to remove the broken dipstick. Top notch service
