George was very helpful. Another shop could not fix my A/C after three trips there. George and his tech figured out the issue and got it back to me in about 24 hours. Air is still blowing cold three weeks later. Thanks for the knowledgeable and timely service.

My sister encouraged me to switch from the Chevy dealer to Honest-1 since the Chevy dealer has changed hands twice since I bought my car and personalized service has declined. So, I decided to give them a try a couple of days ago. Nothing major…..just new front and rear wipers, wiper fluid and air in tires. Willie and George treated me like a valued customer and welcomed me to their spotless establishment. The waiting room was so comfy and offered TV, WiFi and complimentary refreshments; plus a soothing aquarium - nice touch! Service performed was timely, efficient and reasonable. I am glad I have a new go to mechanic shop.

This was my first experience with Honest-1, and I was very happy with their service level. They did a great job determining what was wrong with my car, providing a comprehensive quote that explained the repairs needed and associated costs for each portion, and making the necessary repairs in a timely manner. My car is running really well now, and I intend to use Honest-1 in the future when repairs are needed for any of my family’s cars.

hand brake issues and willie team fixed them the same day. they do quality work....and it's nice to be able to drop off and still go to work knowing my car is in good hands. love this place.....
