Recently purchased a new-to-us car from a dealership that included a 'care package' that was built into the price. Oil changes and tire rotations are "free" as long as you bring it back to them. My plan from the beginning was to let the dealership do the oil changes and have Honest-1 do everything else. However the dealership kept coming up with increasingly expensive/urgent repairs and missing other things. The final straw was the dying battery they missed and left our car dead in the garage. We jumped it, got a new battery, and dropped it off at Honest-1 along with the list of urgent items from the dealership. They fit us in their busy schedule, compared the things they found with what the dealership came up with, even sent us pictures as verification, and told us clearly what we did and did not need. I take my other car here as well, and this is not the first time they've told me certain services/repairs weren't necessary. Honest-1 is true to their name and we'll be skipping the dealership altogether from hereon out. We primarily dealt with George today, but I've dealt with Willie in the past and their both great.
Thank You again for being a Loyal Customer and for your Appreciation of what we do. We strive to provide every customer with excellent and Honest service.
