Must make appointment I can't rate them because I didn't have appointment. Call ahead read reviews. Honestly I didn't give any information when I came in because I couldn't be seen perhaps when I called 2yrs ago you guys got my email address. They are rate 4.7stars from what I could gather.

The reason for us saying this is we looked in our data base and could not find you name on file at all. Also you mentioned how we got your email. The only way we can get your email is if you physically walked in as a new customer and gave it to us. Then we would have opened a file for you under your name. The email is never mandatory and always an option. If this is correct and you went to the wrong location. Most honest guys in the business in my opinion. I’m never pressured to add on services. Service is quick and friendly. Lobby is extremely clean and my car always comes home happy. Amazing amazing amazing service!

8 months ago I moved to the Tampa area in Florida and started having car issues. Being a young female I have been ripped off in the past and overcharged because of my lack of understanding and knowledge about cars. After looking online I decided to come here and I have been 110% pleased every time I go. Willie, the general manager has helped me with every service i’ve gotten there. I felt as if I could trust him and his company immediately. After they looked at my car on the first visit, Willie not only gave me a pair of glasses and personally took me to the car to show me the damage he saw but he took pictures for me to send to my father along with information about what would need to be fixed and would not start the repairs until my dad agreed. I can spend hours there and leave in a good mood. The name of the company is exactly what they represent.

Very pleased with the service, from the initial visit to make my appointment, all the way to completion. They were true to their name, didn't try to add unnecessary and additional work that I didn't need. Clear on what needed repaired, what was still in good working order, and helped me with a financial matter when a surprise issue arose. I will definitely return if I ever need more work, and recommend to my friends!
