Best auto shop experience ever!

I would give them 10-stars if I could! This is an extraordinary service center. Your vehicle service experience will never be the same again. The friendly and knowledgeable staff is waiting to greet you as soon as you walk through the door. There's free WiFi, a comfortable lounge, business and children's section. Complimentary snacks and beverages not to mention restaurants and businesses within walking distance. No time to wait around? No problem. The courtesy shuttle will drop you off and pick you up. A pleasant 'Thank you' surprise will be waiting in your car when you're ready to leave. If that weren't enough, they follow-up later to make sure your vehicle is still running smoothly and the 3 yr/36,000 mile service warranty is a bonus. It gives me peace of mind knowing a company will proudly stand behind it's work and is not trying to rip me off, especially since I'm a woman. If you care about your vehicle, Honest-1 Auto Care will be the last service center you'll ever need. If you can't tell by now, I highly recommend them, lol.

I took my car in for an oil change yesterday and had one of the best experiences to date. This was my first time at Honest 1 but it certainly won't be my last! I almost had to miss out due to being on my lunch break & there being a bit of a wait, but the manager, Willie was able to accommodate my needs and got me in & out in less than an hour! The technician, Roy did a great job as well & even informed me about an adjacent issue he noticed regarding my front tires. It felt good to know I was in a place willing to go the extra mile, just because. All staff were very professional, efficient, pleasant and genuine. The facility was immaculate and had the nicest customer lounge I've ever seen. I was actually shocked with all of the aforementioned benefits at how cost effective the service was. It was like the perfect cherry to top off such a above & beyond experience. I'm usually not one to even write reviews, good or bad... but this one had to be told! They without a doubt gained a long term customer, here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
