I asked for an oil change and the guy was like were totally backed up today, and there wasn't anyone in the building nor were there cars being worked on..... they seem lazy

Came in with a tire leaking air. Willie came out and immediately got it in to be repaired. They were able to repair tire and get me out quickly. Very honest, friendly, and efficient.

I was a first-time customer. I was nervous, and a little apprehensive, being a woman, but I was treated well, and I believe I received the same quality service as would any customer, male or female. Happy I found them on the Internet; very happy with their courteous service.

Came in with a tire leaking air, Willie immediately took my car into the bay. He came in to tell me it could be plugged. Was very friendly and honest with me. Would definitely recommend him for any auto repair needed.

My car was making a noise when I turned the wheel. I called and got an appointment in a couple of hours. I went in and Willie came around the counter and said let’s go look at it. We went outside and he got down to evaluate what was wrong, got up, said I’ll be right back. A few minutes later he came back with some screws, got down by the wheel and after a few minutes said “your good”. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I couldn’t believe it! What a nice gesture! It was very much appreciated and made me a loyal customer from now on.

Hey , just want to send a big thanks to Willie because he was a big blessing for me and my family because I live in Atlanta and I went to Yep review and chosed Honest 1 to repair a car I had just gave my brother and called and talked to Willie.
