I took my car in for an oil change yesterday and had one of the best experiences to date. This was my first time at Honest 1 but it certainly won't be my last! I almost had to miss out due to being on my lunch break & there being a bit of a wait, but the manager, Willie was able to accommodate my needs and got me in & out in less than an hour! The technician, Roy did a great job as well & even informed me about an adjacent issue he noticed regarding my front tires. It felt good to know I was in a place willing to go the extra mile, just because. All staff were very professional, efficient, pleasant and genuine. The facility was immaculate and had the nicest customer lounge I've ever seen. I was actually shocked with all of the aforementioned benefits at how cost effective the service was. It was like the perfect cherry to top off such a above & beyond experience. I'm usually not one to even write reviews, good or bad... but this one had to be told! They without a doubt gained a long term customer, here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely the best shop in Tampa! They keep me abreast of repairs, any additional repairs needed (with pictures).. Excellent pricing, and Absolutely the cleanest auto shop I have ever been in. This was my first time using H1....and will definitely recommend their services to anyone. For my fellow brothers and sisters who still play in the sand box...this is the place for your spouse to take any auto. It reduces stress when you know folks are honest and will provide excellent service.

Wonderful experience! Great guys! Everything is taken care of even rides back and forth! Was exactly like they said , simple, fast, and super nice! Very fair pricing and a no credit check finance option if you needed it! My car was wiped down and s bag of pretzels left for me, and have had no problems whatsoever with the work that was done, will return for anything my car needs. Thank you all!!!
