This is the most honest and above board auto service center in Tampa, bar none. I felt at ease the minute I entered the door. George explains exactly what is needed to repair your car. While I was there, customers picking up their vehicle were thanking them for taking care of their repairs and saying I will see you next time. Is there a better, more friendly auto repair center than Honest-1. I don't think so. They DO IT RIGHT the first time.

I do homecare and am on the roads all day long and had, thankfully, a small problem with my skid plate scraping on the ground and stopped in a on a whim and they got me in right away and calmed me down as I was super frazzled. Thank you for your very kind service!

Everyone at Honest1 was incredibly nice! They got me in very quickly. They were very straightforward and honest about what I needed done and what I didn’t and which one to get done first. Waiting there was great! Best lobby I’ve been in at an auto repair shop. Snacks, tv on animal planet, a cool fish tank, a video game and a massage chair! I had waited until I didn’t have my daughter with me to get my service done but now I know next time she would have fun waiting there too. I will definitely be returning for all my oil changes and services in the future!
