(Visit 1) I came in stressed with my broken car... And the PRESIDENT of the company greets me. They set the right expectations and had fair prices. I will only use Honest1 going forward!!!! Thank you guys for the hard work and the professionalism. Thank you Willy and George for your constant communication. I really can't recommend them more!!!! Visit 2)I came back a second time, this time it's not a happy ending. Although their customer service was exceptional. I did further research into their prices. They charged 122.80 for spark plugs that are less than 10 dollars per unit. I then got charged 545.44 for the coils which are priced between 20-70 dollars. After adding on labor my total was 799.42 for something parts that in total cost a little over 100 combined. This is after I told them I was living paycheck to paycheck. My car still doesn't run. I will not be returning

Choosing a good Mechanic is like making sure you have the right Doctor or Dentist. Keeping my car in tip top condition is as important to me as good health and George and his crew at Honest-1 Auto Care are the best. Needing and finding good Mechanics that can be trusted are as important as having the right Physicians, Dentists, etc. Not only were we totally satisfied with our service, we found George and his staff to be very professional, accurate with their findings, very fair with their pricing and we actually had a fun time while we waited for our car to be finished. They truly live up to their name. Willie the manager is very professional and wonderful to deal with. They do not try and sell you services you don’t need. The waiting room is always very clean and comfortable. I recommend them highly!
