I asked for an oil change and the guy was like were totally backed up today, and there wasn't anyone in the building nor were there cars being worked on..... they seem lazy

Please fell free to call us at 813-252-4714 or visit us online to schedule an appointment. I talked to my manager and during that time there was only one tech on site and appointments were ahead of you. The last thing we would want to do is not satisfy customers that booked their appointments ahead of time. Thanks again and we hope to see you soon.

Came in with a tire leaking air. Willie came out and immediately got it in to be repaired. They were able to repair tire and get me out quickly. Very honest, friendly, and efficient.
