Very pleasant first experience. I’ve seen their shop since the very first day of opening but was very apprehensive because of the name... I know that sounds crazy but we live in a society where everyone is suspect...lol. Needless to say I was very pleased with the service. I had an AC issue that I just knew would cost and arm and leg...happy to say it did not...the cost was definitely within my budget. My initial contact was with George...very nice man-second contact was Willie...just as nice. Very clean business and accommodating for their customers. They even had a massage chair in the waiting area. Most repair shops I would be afraid to sit in the chair...not these guys. Very clean and relaxing feel. They even left me a complimentary bag of cookies in my car. Who does that??? They won me...I’ll definitely be a returning customer. George and Willlie, you guys rock! God bless you🙏🏽

They will address any concerns your vehicle has now, inform you what service is needed in the future and even give an estimate of those costs all without any pressure. Ladies, you won’t get ripped off here. Plus the lounge and restroom are always clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

First visit for a routine oil change. When I made the appointment I also asked for quotes for a few other services for my Kia. I was given clear, concise and most importantly reasonable quotes for each. Their facility is impeccable clean & inviting with a waiting lounge offering an array of snacks, cold beverages and kuerig brewed coffees and teas. All to be enjoyed in ample, comfortable seating viewing a large flat screen. Free WiFi. If you chose not to wait they are located in a very desirable area with many restaurants and retail within steps of Honest-1.
