They were wonderful and did my repairs very quickly. I certainly will go to them for anything my vehicle needs!!

I had a minor repair done on my 1st visit to this shop. Having been in the automotive business myself for over 40 years, I thought I had seen it all. My business was successful do to repeat customers. In a small town, all it takes is just one complaint to severely damage your reputation. I was treated as if I were a customer who had spent thousands of dollars on my repair but in reality I actually spent UNDER $50! Keep this in mind if you're looking for a place that has customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list. #TreatedLikeAKing.

Honest 1 is the best! As their name implies I believe they are honest and do not tell you that you need services that you really don’t need. This happened to us twice in one week. We took my husband’s car in because the ac wasn’t working. He turned some knob at no charge and it works great. Then I took my tires in to be aligned and he said I didn’t need it yet. I had let my oil go way over the date so they changed that. It is so nice to be new senior citizens in town and have people you trust work on your car.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair service. I was leery of taking my car to car to a repair shop other than the dealership, since it’s considered a “luxury” auto. However, the quality of service I received at Honest-1 and the honest assessment of what repairs were needed was unexpected and refreshing! They’ve earned my business for as long as I remain in the Tampa area. The brothers’ comedic flair and giving me a rose (as they do all ladies who visit their shop) was an added bonus!

Set an appt., received my car back early with the work completed. In the past they have saved me from getting new breaks (dealership recommended them) when mine had plenty of life left. I go there on a regular basis and have always been pleased.

I love coming to Honest1 whenever I have an issue with my car. They are truly honest & don’t try to trick you into anything, like most other places do. They always do a great job on whatever work they are doing. Super nice, friendly, and put their customers first. Highly recommend going to them for any of your car needs!

I was very happy with the immediate and complete attention that Willie gave to us. My daughter goes to UT and has an internship where she needs her car in good shape. When her brake warning light came on after a washing, Willie immediately made time for her to have her brakes checked. All was fine and nothing had to be done. We also needed 4 new tires which he promptly got for us and put on the very next day and never even asked for any deposit to get the tires I wanted. Having my daughter 1,000 miles away at school, it is very comforting to have Honest 1 Auto Care and Willie to rely on. He also gave us very good recommendations for other work we had done. Thank you Willie and all the workers at Honest 1. Their name is just so fitting. 5 stars for this place.
