Very honest, excellent personal

I'm happy. On my first visit with my BMW, they diagnosed the problems and fixed the issues. They suggested a couple of additional repairs but didn't push the issue and provided a repair quote should i want to have those performed later. They found a misplaced hose clamp from the local dealer's prior "repair". This most recent visit resulted from a badly maintained F150 eith a coolant leak. Needed a expensive manifold but runs right as rain now. I thought the labor charge was very reasonable considering the complexity of the repair. Willie and George treat us well, are upfront with needed and suggested repairs, never pushy. I'll be back with more vehicles guys. Thank you Honest-1

Honesty, Integrity and Fair. This was unexpected on my first visit. I had an emergency need for my car and Willie was a great savior. He didn't have to help me but he went out of his way to ensure that I got my issue taken care of. What a Guy! and What a Happy surprise. I immediately recommended this place to my co-workers and to all others.

Incredible. Wish I’d discovered this place sooner! They always do great work and provide an honest and fair estimate. The waiting area is so nice and they have coffee, drinks, and snacks. Everyone is so nice. You can trust them - it’s in the name!

I went to Honest 1 auto care after 5pm with my under shield loose and dragging while I was driving. They took my car back and reattached it at no cost!! I appreciate they honest work! I would definitely be back & recommend them for your auto needs.

Leaving Moffitt Center I was told I had a flat tire. I went to Tire Kingdom which was close to the hospital. They saw a nail, put in air but were unable to repair the tire in a timely manner. My sister called Honest-1, they said to bring the car in right away and they would take care of it....which they did. So grateful. I will be using them for future car issues for sure.
