I had a a wonderful experience here for having repairs done to my car. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff. Every step of the way I was taken care of and made we feel welcomed. I trusted their team’s guidance and they were beyond knowledgeable with every issue I had with my car.

By far the best mechanic in town. The service was extraordinary and the prices are great.

I went to honest 1 auto because of the reviews i read while researching for mechanic shops. I went for a oil change this past friday. Very friendly customer service , comfortable and relaxing waiting area. My car was ready within an hour and they didn't try to upsell me on services which i didn't need. Will bring my car back here for all my tune ups and oil changes.

This place is great!! Just moved from NJ and finding a great, local and friendly car place was a challenge. My car broke down a few days after I moved here and Honest 1 had it fixed the very next day. The staff is always friendly, they talk to you about the issues with your car before fixing it to make sure you’re on the same page. The waiting area is very nice and clean offering snacks, drinks, WiFi and cable. They also allowed me to have my dog with me while I waited for my most recent oil change. I’m not sure if they’re dog friendly but they certainly welcomed my pup with open arms! Recommend by a friend and now we will come here for everything!

After reading great reviews, I brought my car in. I experienced excellent customer service at every point in the process and with every person. As an example, I said I need new wipers. After looking, the mechanic said, my wipers are fine. The cleaning fluid sprayer was clogged and was causing streaking from wipers. He unclogged it, I was sent on my way, no charge. Since then, I’ve had other work done with the same excellent experience and reasonable prices. Today, my daughter is bringing her car in, based on my experiences.

Ny community loves this place. Is highly recommended. They looked at my brothers car and told us the a/c repair would almost match the vehicles value and we shouldn't waste our money. Update. I brought my old truck on a flatbed tow just before closing time. It wouldn't start. They had to push it into the service bay. I thought it'd need a new starter for over $500. Called me the next morning. It was fixed. Just a bad starter relay. Total cost $144 plus tax. I love honest companies!
