Left my 1997 BMW Z3 with them for total fluids exchange. They copleted the job in 1/2 day with a fair price. Willie provided the total Customer Service experience.

Let me start it off by saying the service is beyond exceptional. The experience of going to a mechanic is not exactly one people are happy about, but the whole deal was very painless. They Provided transportation to and from, a play area for the kids, coffee, etc. I feel like I paid a little more than I would have going to another place, but if nothing else, I got it back in service and my car is working as it should.

I was very happy to have an easy fix to what LOOKED like a difficult replace. In this case a turn signal light on the driver's side for a 1999 Toyota Camry CE. Willie Vazquez came out and took care of the situation 1 2 3! I had the replacement bulb and he popped it in and I'm off to the races. You can't get better than that. This is customer service at it's best. Thank you, Willie.

I went to honest 1 auto because of the reviews i read while researching for mechanic shops. I went for a oil change this past friday. Very friendly customer service , comfortable and relaxing waiting area. My car was ready within an hour and they didn't try to upsell me on services which i didn't need. Will bring my car back here for all my tune ups and oil changes.

This place is great!! Just moved from NJ and finding a great, local and friendly car place was a challenge. My car broke down a few days after I moved here and Honest 1 had it fixed the very next day. The staff is always friendly, they talk to you about the issues with your car before fixing it to make sure you’re on the same page. The waiting area is very nice and clean offering snacks, drinks, WiFi and cable. They also allowed me to have my dog with me while I waited for my most recent oil change. I’m not sure if they’re dog friendly but they certainly welcomed my pup with open arms! Recommend by a friend and now we will come here for everything!

After reading great reviews, I brought my car in. I experienced excellent customer service at every point in the process and with every person. As an example, I said I need new wipers. After looking, the mechanic said, my wipers are fine. The cleaning fluid sprayer was clogged and was causing streaking from wipers. He unclogged it, I was sent on my way, no charge. Since then, I’ve had other work done with the same excellent experience and reasonable prices. Today, my daughter is bringing her car in, based on my experiences.

As usual service was great and the personnel who assisted me were excellent (knowledgeable, friendly, helpful) I'll be back soon,
