Extremely Disappointed as a returning customer. I just want to start off saying I've been loyal to this place for a little over a year. I spent thousands of dollars on my vehicle without any questions because of the good reviews and positive service they have but I am no longer taking my vehicle here. I scheduled an appointment at 9am to get my vehicle assessed for a squeaky noise. I was told I needed new brakes. From my research that seemed to be legitimate so I accepted and paid over 600$ and about 5 hours later I was assumed I was all set. Literally 2 hours after leaving the shop I still noticed the noise. Beyond upset I rescheduled another appointment and took the day off to get my car reassessed. I get there and am told I came at the wrong time and they cant see me until another day. Then I'm told I came at the right time but it was a scheduling error. After doing a test ride with the mechanic he tells me he cant hear anything and what ever it was its not serious. I knew right then and there I was done with this company. And then what do you know of course two days later I'm stuck on the side of the road with axel issues and I took it to another shop and it was fixed immediately for half the cost of my new brakes for a more serious issue. They are friendly people and the waiting room is nice, but from customer to customer and a person who values my time and possessions and money, I will never recommend this place to anyone again.
We strive to provide excellent service to every customer. Thank you for your feed back. We very much appreciate your loyalty as a customer and the kind words about our facility. When you came in for the squeaky noise we found that the rear brakes needed replacing. After replacing we always take our vehicles for a test drive. It passed the test drive and you picked the car up. Unfortunately, You had come in a day earlier than your scheduled appointment for another squeaky noise after the brake service. We would have loved to have helped you but you didn't want to wait being that the day had already been booked up by other appointments. We must respect all of our customers and their appointments. The issue with the axle was something totally different that we did not know about and cannot be responsible for especially when that has nothing to do with the brake service it originally came in for. That is not fair. We would love for you to come back. Thanks again for choosing Honest-1 for your previous and hopefully future services.
