It’s tough to walk into another car mechanic shop and bring down your own wall of hostility. It’s an easy place to be stand offish and get some underlying anger out because it’s expexted you’ll get some bad news about your car. When walking into Honest-1 Auto, the atmosphere is friendly and behind clean. It has a comfortable lobby to wait for your car with WiFi, TV, snacks, kids area and a small office space for those that need to do work while waiting. If you don’t want to wait, you can get shuttled around where you need to go. For taking care of my car, it couldn’t have been any better. They bring you back to show you what the problem is in the shop which most shops won’t do. The pricing and speed to get me back on the road was above and beyond to my satisfaction. I can honestly say that I can go to mechanic that doesn’t scare me about pricing or showing me what’s really wrong with my car. I’ll will not only be going here more often, but will tell other people that this is the place to go.

Honest 1 auto is a good choice for quality mechanical work. They are fast in diagnosing the problem and begin fixing the issue asap. They are well staffed with mechanics that do a clean and neat job. The work is warrentied for 3 years/ 36,000 miles. Took my truck in the same day I called.

Friendly, fast service from George! I came to get my tail light fixed and was done in less than ten minutes!

Great atmosphere, great staff, and I am glad AAA recommended this place for me as I usually go elsewhere. Hopefully it’ll be a LONG time before something happens to my vehicle again but I would choose this auto care as I can tell they are trustworthy! Thanks for the hospitality 🙂

Stopped in to have my tire checked for a nail. Willie put car up on lift and throughly checked all tires. No leaks. Excellent and friendly service. Will continue business in future and recommend to anyone else.

Took my car in for A/C repair and the quote Honest-1 Auto Care gave me was considerably more reasonable than the quote from the dealer. My A/C repair was done when promised and they even gave my wife a ride from home so she could pick up the car. I also took the car in for a second problem and the tech clearly explained what was going on. I appreciated that. It's good to know we have a great go-to auto shop in the neighborhood! Thanks Willie!
