Hello Missy, Thank You very much for your feed back. Here at Honest-1 we strive to provide excellent service. Unfortunately, We never did any work for 2,000 dollars to your Co-Worker. The brake service was done 7/21/18 and was for $341.74. Your Co-Worker whom I am guessing is the same person that called and unprofessionally went off on us over the phone because he decided to go to another place. This happened just before this review showed up. I consistently tried to invite him in to resolve his concern in person, but he kept saying if you cant fix my problem for free then i don't want you to touch my car. All we wanted to do was see the concern and not ever go by what someone else said. He was last here on 1/5/19 and did and oil change, new tire, and power steering pump. For him to tell us that he went to another shop afterwards and paid $2000 for all new brakes is something he should have came back for a second opinion. I don't understand why he didn't ? Then to assume that the other shop actually found his brakes bad without proof is horrible. I even asked him if they showed him proof that his brakes were bad and he said "NO". This is what happens when you go to a commissioned based shop. That is what makes us different, We here at Honest-1, we bring the customer back to the shop to show them the concern and/or send them pics or videos of the concern. This is one of the benefits on what makes us different. Please understand that we would love to sit down with your co-worker and resolve this matter. FYI: I checked your invoice for 1/5/19 and you had 6mm left on the brake pads, which means you have at least another year from that time before replacement. So, I don't know how your mechanic would replace the pads, rotors, and calipers.
