Best place to take your car I am do glad i found this place !!!!

I have taken my Toyota Solara to this shop several times for different issues. I am so glad that I have found this shop. Everything is explained thoroughly and I absolutely trust their honesty. I also appreciate the friendliness of all the staff and the nice clean waiting room and bathroom!

I am a woman with limited knowledge of car maintenance. Happily I don't have to be knowledgeable because I can take my car into Honest-1 Auto. They live up to the name. Theirs is excellent customer service, courteous and professional. Their prices are fair and I would, and have, recommend them to friends. The waiting lounge is clean and comfortable and they also provide a shuttle service, which is a bonus. Glad I found you in the convenient Carrollwood location.

Went to the shop and they misdiagnose our truck. However they do have a nice waiting area with free snacks, cable, and wifi. They charged us 60.00 said the truck needed a lube job.. We still had to take it to another place to see what is wrong with the truck. It is still not fixed. I would not suggest this place. they do not seem to be too busy either which is an indication of the type of work they do. Just my honest opinion , I will not be back there . .

Hello Brenda. Thank you for your feed back. Thank you also for the kind words about our lobby. When the vehicle came in with a suspension noise. We then checked for broken parts and the only conclusion was greasing the joints. Then we took on a test drive and the noise was gone. We did not misdiagnose the truck but fortunately fixed a different issue you presented to us. My only concern is why did you not let us know it did not fix ,but instead leave a bad review. With better communication, We would have loved to know it did not fix your other concern and further pursued it to make you happy. You are more than welcome to come back . We here at Honest-1 strive to provide the best service, but it takes you feedback to do so. The most important part is you.

Response to OWNER: I am anonymous for a reason, to protect my identity when reviewing. I do not do reviews same day of visit, I do them when I get to them which could be several at a time. Also I am in your database but you don't know who you're looking for because again, I am anonymous for a reason. Just because my review butt hurt you doesn't make it a false review. Not honest at all. Had my car inspected for $100 for them to misdiagnose it. My other mechanic who came back from vacation found the problem and fixed it. Nothing to do with what this place told me. And after this place charged me a $100 inspection, I was quoted for $845 for the repair...a repair that had NOTHING to do with what was wrong with the car. My other mechanic fixed it for $438 with free inspection. Do not go here, especially if you have lack of car knowledge. The 1 star is for the waiting area with free snacks and drinks, massage chair you have to sign a waiver for and Wifi. Also cable.

These guys are gems!! Outstanding customer service and workmanssip. My car is running so smooth now. Super affordable too! They are diligent workers, explain everything and make sure you are super comfortable! WiFi complimentary drinks and little desks area that was very convenient for me to do my studies and concentrate! Thanks George and your whole crew! Def will return😊
