Took my car that’s under warranty to this place rather than the dealer. So glad I did! These people go out of there way to ensure your car is fixed properly and thoroughly. I will recommend everyone I know to this shop and I will be a lifelong customer. You guys rock!

Over priced repair shop.

Excellent service and very fair

I started hearing an odd sound under the hood of my 2012 F-150. I took it into a auto repair shop by my school. He told me it was a busted head gasket, and it would cost 4-5 grand to fix. He suggested I detail it and sell it while it was still running. Being a few months ftom being paid for, I wasnt sure what to do. I stumbled onto Honest-1 on Repair Pal while doing research on head gaskets, and I decided to call them and see if they repaired those at their shop. I brought my truck in, and to my surprise and delight, there was nothing wrong with with my head gasket!!!! I had a radiator hose leaking fluid. So instead of having to pay a few thousand dollars, I was out the door for under $400!!!! Willie was outstanding, and they have definitely earned my family's car business from now on. Highly recommend these guys to EVERYBODY.

I was having metal on metal squeaking noise in my front suspension. One repair shop told me I needed struts on the front end of my truck and quoted me roughly $1,000 to replace them. I looked around on Google and things didn't add up to what the other repair shop was telling me. I called Honest-1 because of their high reviews and asked them to quote me on strut replacement for my truck and they asked me if I was sure I needed struts. I told them what the other repair shop said and they asked me to swing by so they could give me a second opinion. I agreed and boy did it pay off! I met with Willie and one of his mechanics and after a short test drive and a little further investigation, it was determined that I only needed a couple fittings greased and there were no other issue. After they explained what the issue was I asked them what I owed for their work, Willie responded with "just a handshake". I couldn't have had a better overall experience anywhere else! Willie and his team will continue to get my business and anyone else's that I can send their way. The customer service that was extended my way was A plus!

I scheduled an emergency diagnosis on my car and the employee on the phone Willie who was less than compassionate about my driving situation ,when I called back to cancel with my reason he said 'Sounds Good'. No, we're sorry or lets try and figure something else out. Being a business owner myself, I found this to very poor employee conduct for a potential customer car issue and wouldn't recommend Honest-1 to anyone in the future.

I came to Honest-1 Auto Care in Carrollwood after repeated visits to another auto shop. The general manager, Willie Vazquez, was extremely helpful when I first walked in. He had Bill, who is the most amazing mechanic, look at my car. Within no time at all, Bill found the solution. My car runs great. The service, the customer care, and the quality of work, is top notch here.

I went in for an oil change and the guys were exceptional in their thoroughness and found my reason for pressure problem in two tires. Three nails in 3 tires! They gave me affordable options on new tires , oil change and wipers. The store has great options if you have to wait or will drive you to your destination. Honestly! I love this place and the people who work there care about quality workmanship. Thanks!

Fantastic…… Very welcoming, owner was polite and very accommodating. Walked me to the lounge where water, soda and coffee were available at no charge. Wi-Fi and TV available and comfy chairs to relax in. Restroom, very clean and well designed for comfort. They got me right in and what I thought might be a major problem ended up to be a nut and bolt that fell off a heat shield. In 5 minutes I was out of there and I tried to pay and the owner sent me away problem fixed compliments of him!!! I will remember him and his family at Christmas Time...
