They are a no nonsense organization that knows how to approach customers, how to speak to people and even follow the meaning of the Name of their Business: 'HONEST-1'. This organization is legitimate! They Say & Do what they mean & mean what they say! I have finally found a place to be a PERMANENT patron. Use them for auto repairs. Was greeted as I walked in the door. George was very kind and respectful. He listened to what I tried to tell him what was wrong with my car. He explained clearly what they would do find out what was wrong. Again, he explained clearly what they found and for me not to worry, my car was alright and to bring it back if I need to. He then asked if I had any questions. I was Very pleased with my experience there and will return when I need an oil change. I would and have already recommended Honest to my friends and co workers. Thanks for your kindness to me. Nice to find an honest auto shop! The shop was clean and very comfortable to.

I recently brought in my Hyundai Santa Fe because of a water leak over the driver's side sun visor. The technicians quickly diagnosed the problem. Since the area where I park is under a number of trees, leaves and other debris had clogged the drains where the sunroof meets the roof at the front of the vehicle. I also needed new wiper blades, rear brake pads and rotors. The work was done quickly and affordably. Excellent service!

Took my car that’s under warranty to this place rather than the dealer. So glad I did! These people go out of there way to ensure your car is fixed properly and thoroughly. I will recommend everyone I know to this shop and I will be a lifelong customer. You guys rock!

Over priced repair shop.

Excellent service and very fair

I started hearing an odd sound under the hood of my 2012 F-150. I took it into a auto repair shop by my school. He told me it was a busted head gasket, and it would cost 4-5 grand to fix. He suggested I detail it and sell it while it was still running. Being a few months ftom being paid for, I wasnt sure what to do. I stumbled onto Honest-1 on Repair Pal while doing research on head gaskets, and I decided to call them and see if they repaired those at their shop. I brought my truck in, and to my surprise and delight, there was nothing wrong with with my head gasket!!!! I had a radiator hose leaking fluid. So instead of having to pay a few thousand dollars, I was out the door for under $400!!!! Willie was outstanding, and they have definitely earned my family's car business from now on. Highly recommend these guys to EVERYBODY.

I was having metal on metal squeaking noise in my front suspension. One repair shop told me I needed struts on the front end of my truck and quoted me roughly $1,000 to replace them. I looked around on Google and things didn't add up to what the other repair shop was telling me. I called Honest-1 because of their high reviews and asked them to quote me on strut replacement for my truck and they asked me if I was sure I needed struts. I told them what the other repair shop said and they asked me to swing by so they could give me a second opinion. I agreed and boy did it pay off! I met with Willie and one of his mechanics and after a short test drive and a little further investigation, it was determined that I only needed a couple fittings greased and there were no other issue. After they explained what the issue was I asked them what I owed for their work, Willie responded with "just a handshake". I couldn't have had a better overall experience anywhere else! Willie and his team will continue to get my business and anyone else's that I can send their way. The customer service that was extended my way was A plus!
