My car broke down a few months back and we got it towed to this location. The service was incredibly good. Willie is so knowledgable and professional. I felt like we were in good hands. The car was fixed quickly, and they charged us a fair price. Every time I come in here, regardless of whether it's for a small thing or a big thing, I know they're going to be truthful about the issues and help me the best way they can.

I have taken my car to this location on several occasions. Every single time I've had a great experience. I feel that they always charge me a fair price and explain issues so that I can actually understand them, as I'm not someone who knows a whole lot about cars. One of the things that I like the most about this place is that on certain weekends they do a class for ladies on car maintenance. I think that's genius - such a good way to build trust with the community of people they're serving. Unfortunately, I was not able to make it to that class the last time they held it because I had family plans made, but the next time they have it I'll plan ahead so I can be there. I really recommend this car shop, you can feel certain you're not going to be taken advantage of here.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly. The lounge area is great with plenty of snack and refreshments. I was very impressed overall and would definitely recommend Honest-1 to anyone looked for a good auto shop.

Got a brochure in mail and decided to try them when my car wouldn't start. They exceeded my expectations in EVERY way! Extremely reasonably priced, excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, service manager and mechanic personally came out to introduce theirselves and discuss repairs in full details. It was also extremely clean in the shop also, which was a great first impression upon arrival. They also a very reasonable diagnostic fee to see what was wrong with my car. I'm so excited I found a new and honest mechanic shop for all my car maintenance and repair needs in the future. Thank you Honest-1 Auto Care for doing a fabulous job and charging a fair price for my repairs. My car runs great again!
