Came in with a flat tire. Guys were very nice, especially Willie. They were able to patch it and send me on my way.

Good quality work so far. Like the fact that they give 3yr warranty on parts and labor However they need to be more careful with covering up the seats to not get my car dirty Nice facility

I had other issues going on with my car that I was already aware of, but my main one was my radiator. Willie was very nice, courteous, and addressed only what I asked to be addressed. Other mechanics I've been to would try and get everything else fixed when I really just wanted one thing done. I'm really happy and impressed with them! I would definitely come back to them when I need more repairs on my car, they're very forward with their pricing and very honest. Thank you!!!

Just got my car back after a transmission job. Yes it was costly, but I think it would have been much more somewhere else. Willie Vazquez was a very knowledgeable and compassionate man. Bill Reeves was the mechanic, you couldn’t ask for a better one. Can’t thank them enough. Yes it is a good place to go for all of your car’s needs.

Took my car to be serviced for overheating. The mechanic and sales rep called with a laundry list of things wrong with vehicle. The price to get it all fixed was 3500.00. I thought something was up and decided to take my car to another repair shop to get a second opinion, and just as i thought i didnt need everything they had listed. Example said I only had 3mm left of life on my front breaks, the other place I took it said I have 50% life left on my breaks and didnt need the pads changed at this time. I am writing under my sons name because I dont have an acct. I did get it all fixed for 1498.09. I notified my Rep his name for Leo at Bill Currie Ford Service of my disappointment in their service and their scam to make money off of what they thought was just a women who had no idea what they were talking about. But I also told him , that I was smart enough to know when I am getting scammed and the prices were inflatted. Really change break pads 449.00 , I dont think so. I will never trust this dealer with anything including purchasing a new car. I have a Ford Explorer and I purchase one every few years but my next purchase will not be here. But then again arent all dealerships rip offs? Cant trust any of them. The owners train these guys to inflate prices and recommend services that may not be needed. The mechanic and the sales rep make commission on everything they sell or service to a customer. So it puts money in their pockets whether your really need the service or not and whos to say that they would have really put new break pads on my car? Or would they just charge me for them but since they really had 50% life they may not have changed them. Pay attention to what they are telling you they need, especially women. I went to Honest 1 auto care in Carrollwood. Give them a try you will be pleased.

Reasonable satisfied with the repair as it was done quickly, under simi-emergency conditions, and I had to use the car to go out of town the next day. There is some residual "noise/whistling" in the AC since the repair that I will have another local garage take a look at. While there was an attempt to "upsell", (not accepted), I believe the charges were fair. I will return to Honest 1 Auto Care in the future for service as required.
