I always can trust Honest-One Auto care. Willie and Jorge are always so welcoming and make me feel comfortable while waiting for my car. I thought I needed new brakes and instead of them just telling me to get new ones, they showed me my brakes and gave me knowledge to look at to know when I need new breaks, they said I have a good 6 months until needing new ones so that saved me a pretty penny. Also, anytime I just need to do a simple oil change, they do a full inspection free of charge to make sure everything is running up to pare. Customer service is amazing, have complimentary shuttled me to work while my car was being worked on and always leave a little treat in my car after everything is finished. Life long customer & will always recommend to friends and family.

Great salesmanship, but they made a laundry list of items needing repair and maintenance that the dealer never found wrong, and never affected the performance of the vehicle. Ladies watch out!!!

Thank you Jill for taking the time to leave your feeback. Here at Honest-1 we strive to provide excellent service. The vehicle came in for blowing hot air from the A/C Vents. After we tested the air conditioning system we found the below items. The compressor and condenser needed replacement. Then evacuate and recharge the A/C system. We also found that the brake fluid failed our test strip test. That the battery also tested low at 438 CCA when at new it would have 700 CCA and we suggested a replacement. The vehicle comprehensive inspection is done on every vehicle to protect us and the customer for safety issues that may arise after the visit. The laundry list you are referring to, I am sure is not the three items we found for the concern you came in for. So that leaves two items. The brake fluid exchange and the battery. For us to receive a one star for this reason is not fair. Since this is the case, we are asking for you to please adjust your rating ? Thanks again for choosing Honest-1 and we would love to see you again for any future service.

My experience at Honest 1 auto care was very pleasurable. The bathroom was very clean . Free snack food and beverages .Everyone was very nice and professional.wait area was comfortable. Watched my favorite show on T.V. While they replace a bad cam sensor on my Dodge Ram Truck. I recommend Honest 1 auto care.
