Got a brochure in mail and decided to try them when my car wouldn't start. They exceeded my expectations in EVERY way! Extremely reasonably priced, excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, service manager and mechanic personally came out to introduce theirselves and discuss repairs in full details. It was also extremely clean in the shop also, which was a great first impression upon arrival. They also a very reasonable diagnostic fee to see what was wrong with my car. I'm so excited I found a new and honest mechanic shop for all my car maintenance and repair needs in the future. Thank you Honest-1 Auto Care for doing a fabulous job and charging a fair price for my repairs. My car runs great again!

Had an oil change special done. I'm assuming it went well. Other items were brought to my attention (as expected), but there was no hard-sell or scare tactics at all. George was quite happy to agree to my deferring additional work. Pleasant staff and waiting area too.

Brought my 2007 Honda CR-V to have the power steering hose replace. Honest -1 quoted a price of over $800.00. Checking around I found the exact same hose at Advance Auto Parts for $109.99. Honest - 1 wanted $260.00 before labor. I asked Willie the Service Manage and he said he called them and the hose was not in stock. I called the same Advance Auto Care and they told me the hose was in stock. I again asked Willie and he told me "I have no control over the parts". I removed my car from the premises. I called Lou's Auto Care and Orlando quoted me an out the door price of $383.88. Same car, same job. Tell me who the honest one is? I will never go to Honest - 1 Auto Care again.

I had great customer service by George. He took the time to explain everything that they were doing to my car. He was friendly and thorough. It was a nice touch getting a rose at the end of my service, as well as, being walked out to my car. I really felt like they cared and I am going to take my car there for all of my service needs in the future.

Had a really great experience with George and Willie. I came in because I was hearing some odd whistling from my car, and within seconds of walking in the door, I felt totally comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. They fixed my car overnight, and even drove me back to work when I dropped my car off. They are excellent with their customers, and provide amazing service! I will definitely use Honest-1 in Carrollwood for any issues I have in the future!
