Wow! Talk about service went there to get my car repaired was told I would need to leave it for a couple hours. I thought no big deal I'll call a ride. They told me not to worry they provide a complimentary shuttle service. After sitting there for about 5 mins the owner himself came out and drove me to my house. No charge and then Joe called and emailed me repairs needed there prices are fair and competitive and they give a 36 month warranty. The following day l went to pick my car up after paying, Joe walked me to my car they are very professional in everything they do. I open my car sit down and the picture is what I saw. Again Honest 1 is the only place to take your vehicle. Life long customer.

Excellent customer service. You never need to be concerned about what is being done as they keep you advised every step of the way. I appreciate that they inspect everything during routine maintenance and discuss future needs.

My daughter highly recommended Honest1 and now I see why. They were very courteous, honest, and worked quickly. Their waiting room is very clean and well maintained.

George was very nice. Bill was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the repair I needed. This location was also very family friendly, helping me keep my toddler occupied while they prepared my quote. However, the prices are very high. I received the repair I needed at another shop for literally half of the price quoted here.

Customer service is great! Waiting area is comfy and clean. Could not ask for better.

I can't remember the last time I had the shop manager take me under my truck, show me exactly what they're seeing, and explain why they recommend what they do. I appreciate George giving the personal treatment. Will definitely recommend to my friends in the area.
