I had called first to share my frustration of spending 20 min at another auto care center without anyone even acknowledging me to help. As soon as I said that statement, without hesitation Willy said bring that car right over. I went down and since they were so busy I made an appt for later that afternoon. They immediately asked my concerns and got my car in for diagnostic. They were very informative and showed me the areas that I needed to be concerned about, gave me different estimates depending on the scale of what I felt were most important first and then a sum total. The store is spotless and the service advisors are wonderful. I definitely will not only be spreading the word, but going back with any auto issues !

My tire was showing low -and my husband was out of town- I went in with my eight-year-old a (little frightened ) and they ran around the counter, came and took care of me immediately to put air in my tire and just were the nicest nicest people -and really took care of me and didn’t charge me a thing

Brought my vehicle here for repairs. Was quoted $620+ for a part I could buy from dealer for 75$ +labor (Valve cover needs replacing). Ended up taking vehicle to the dealer for repairs and costing me $300. Seems a rather large markup on both parts and labor here.

Work was completely in a fast and efficient manner. Was updated during the whole process and work was completed to what was told. Warranty on parts replaced is a great benefit and why I choose this’s auto shop.

If you need to get some work done on your car this is the place you go. Went in to get a battery replaced which was completed perfectly. When I left the air conditioner was not working for some reason. After a call to Willie and Joe they told me to bring it back in and quickly resolved the problem at no cost to me. These guys stand by their work and do the extra things most do not. You can trust these guys to help you out.
