Truly live up to their name. Honest, knowledgeable and very focused on Customer Service. Great shuttle service provided by Chelsea. Willy was incredibly knowledgeable, even with my 2005 Honda Odyssey original PAX run-flat tire system. Joe was very courteous and helpful. Their service warranty can't be beat. Will be taking all the family cars to Honest-1 for service!

I love Willie, but I love my service agent Joe! They are both so helpful and personable. Not only does Honest One have come couches and TV, they also have coffee, snacks, and fruits! I had a full breakfast the other day as I was waiting for my car to be fixed and doing my finals. I also love how they walk you outside to your car and tell you what is wrong, rather than just tell you what’s wrong without you seeing it for yourself! Love this place, seriously

I would diffently tell everyone know about the great personal service

First time I went here I though oh another car shop with a good name but I found this place lives by its name. The team and owner are great dudes the owner has given me rides home so I don’t have to hangout at the shop while I wait. Every experience I’ve had at honest one auto was great the motto is personal relationships and courtesy I will take my car here for everything and like always Willie is the man!

went to a Honda dealership for alignment they couldn't do it right for some reason but could charge me. Honest 1 did it right for cheaper. Any problem I have I will take it to them my cars has a few leaks and the dealership without asking gave me a report on my car and said I could use 3k worth of work.honest one did not try to scare me into fixing things that aren’t broken and stuck my current described problem. Much respect and Willie is the man!
