I normally go to Pep Boys down the street but the last couple times I have been there ..the guys have been kinda rude and dismissive ever since they got a new management crew. They also never fully inspect my vehicle .. they do what I ask and thats done. I asked them to check my brakes one time and they didnt .. So i said well Honest One Auto has alot of reviews lets check it out. From the moment I walked in the door the minute I left was such a great experience! Willie whom I belive is the GM, was PHENOMINAL. I mean he was friendly , professionally , honest , gave me info about the company , just everything that would be useful to me he provided. I told him i Just needed my brakes done and an oil change and I got a FULL inspection on my car with pictures and a layout of what all needa done sent to my email. It doesnt get anybetter than that. Willie also thanked me for my business and gave me his business card with a flower. This is definetly my new auto repair home!

Took me right in without an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Performed a free alignment check and printed out specs. Very clean environment and professional customer service. Recommend highly!
