I found this shop via AAA. I received excellent service. The staff is professional and the shop is clean with a comfortable waiting area. Written estimates were provided and all questions discussed. No hard sell. I felt valued. I will return to this full-service establishment for future service and repair needs.

Came in at closing time to have a tire patched instead of telling us to come back tomorrow, the gentleman took me right in and started fixing my tire right away. Excellent customer service.

2002 Jeep Wrangler running poorly, with a check engine light on. Willie did a great job informing me of the repairs needed, and expected time to completion. Work was completed when promised, and I even met the Technician who worked on my car as he showed me the worn part. The entire experience was unlike the usual "Auto Repair" experience. The entire staff was friendly and professional. They even replaced a part (for free) that they found was worn out AFTER they gave me the estimate.

Don't. Know yet about the actual service to my suv,but the people were all extremely coutteous,the front area was very clean,with a few drinks and snack. I'm sure I will return.

I started going to see Willie and George last year with my 2002 Aztek - they took great care of it and kept it going without cleaning me out! I traded it earlier this year for a used Mazda - that I'm in a love/hate thing with - LOVE the SUV - really NOT happy with Mazda of Wesley Chapel - NEVER go there - But Willie at Honest 1 Auto has been my life line - to trouble shoot issues for me! I will NEVER go to anyone else as long as I am in this area! The place is clean - the staff is friendly and informative! They back their work - and don't try to sell you on things that aren't needed!
