Honest 1 Auto NEEDS TO REMOVE THE FREE TOWING FROM THESE PAGES. Today when I ask about towing I was told they have none but they could give me the names of some towing companies. This is not any kind of deal breaker for us and we will continue to see how their expertise works for us. As long as their repairs are good and we are kept honestly advised we will remain a happy customer. Tampa's Auto Repair marketplace is a challenge for consumers. There remains significant factions who will mislead, overcharge and who literally know little of today's skills required to properly repair our vehicles. So far Honest 1 Auto is NOT IN THIS GROUP.
When I rated your services I did so honestly and I was appalled to see that my star rating was lower than what I intended. This was my error and I seldom give anyone a perfect rating since I have yet to see a perfect person including myself. I still do not know how my error occurred but I assume I clicked on the wrong star. I want you to know I meant to give Honest One Auto a STAR RATING of 4.5 stars which I consider outstanding. I apologize for the lower rating of 3.5 STARS which is good but not as good as you deserve. Please fee free to add this to any reply you might make on the ratings area. The Roadside Assistance Program offers up to $75 reimbursement for the following Services: Towing, Lockout, Flat Tire, Fuel, and Jump Start Services. The Free Towing that was you mentioned online was to describe the process of our Roadside Assistance Program, it was in no way intended to mislead anybody in thinking we offer in house Free Towing.
