I would highly recommend them for service on your vehicle. I was greeted by the friendly staff who even gave me a coupon for discount on my lunch at Four Rivers. They took the time to explain the things that needed attention but did not pressure me to have any additional services performed. My vehicle was ready as promised and to my satisfaction.

I went in on a Tuesday morning when I noticed my tire pressure dropping quickly on Dale Mabry. Not the ideal situation . I was on my way to a business lunch meeting and had very little time to spare . I pulled into Honest 1 Auto and they quickly took my car back and patched up my tire . They had me going in no time and I was able to arrive at my Meeting on time. Thanks so much to the great staff for the great service !

Found Honest-1 Auto Care via Google. Read reviews, scheduled my appointment on line. Got a friendly reminder call. Appointment time confirmed, came into the facility and Joe and Chelsea kept me informed and feel comfortable. Job was completed and all is well.

I arrived early for my oil change appointment and they got started on my car right away. They also checked to see if there were any recalls on my car and gave me the information to get the recalls taken car of. Great customer service and a great waiting room with wifi.
